SafeBuddy operates the SafeBuddy app, which provides users an environment to know places in which sexual harassment are likely to occur, through sexual harassment reports that other users have experienced.

This page is used to inform app users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for the feature which users report their sexual harassment experience (Reporting Feature) in our Service, the SafeBuddy app.

If you choose to use our Reporting Feature, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. For using our Reporting Feature, we require you to provide us with certain identifiable information which are sex, age, type of sexual harassment experienced, and the location in which the harassment occurred. The information that we collect will be used to share to other users via a shared map.

We want to inform you that our Service and our Reporting Feature will not collect any log data such as your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
